This pair of Bohemian Waxwings are passing a berry from bird to the other, apparently a sign of courtship in waxwings. Bohemians are very gregarious, often occurring in flocks of hundreds or even thousands in the winter, and they are great wanderers, traveling wherever they can find food, which in winter is often buckthorn or mountain ash.
